1. Introduction

Interview Warmup (interview-warmup.com) protects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

2. Information We Collect

Sign-in (Google OAuth): email, name, profile picture, user ID.

Service data: interview questions, answers, results, scores, and history with timestamps.

Usage: pages visited, features used, time on platform.

3. How We Use It

To provide and maintain the service, authenticate you, store and show your interview history, improve the product, and communicate with you.

4. Third Parties

Google OAuth — authentication; Google's privacy policy applies.

OpenAI — your interview answers are sent to OpenAI to generate AI feedback. OpenAI's data usage policy applies. We do not send your name or email to OpenAI.

Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and recurring billing. Stripe handles all card data and stores a customer record to manage renewals; we do not store payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies.

Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics. No personally identifiable data is sent.

5. Security & Storage

Data is stored securely with measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, deletion, export, correction, or object to processing. Contact office@interview-warmup.com.

7. Retention & Cookies

We retain data while your account is active; you may request deletion anytime. When you delete your account, it is deactivated for 30 days. If you sign in again during that period, your account is automatically reactivated with your existing data and remaining question allowance. After 30 days, deleted accounts are permanently removed during daily cleanup and any remaining allowance is forfeited. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — manage cancellation through the Stripe billing portal. See our Cookie Policy for cookie details.
