Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Interview Warmup is offered as a recurring subscription. Each plan grants a monthly allowance of practice questions, billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renewing automatically until cancelled. This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time directly from the Subscribe page (also reachable via Settings → Billing & Subscription); you can also manage payment details through our secure Stripe billing portal. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; you keep access to your remaining question allowance until then, and you are not charged again. You can resume a pending cancellation before the period ends.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual) using your saved payment method. The price in effect at renewal applies. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods after a renewal, except where required by law.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the start of a new subscription. By starting to use your question allowance during this period, you acknowledge that the service has begun and that your right of withdrawal may be reduced pro-rata for the portion used. 5. Non-Refundable Cases

Question allowances that have been used are non-refundable, as each analyzed session consumes AI compute resources regardless of outcome. Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction with AI-generated feedback. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over indefinitely and has no cash value.

6. How to Request

Email office@interview-warmup.com with your account email, subscription date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
