Refund Policy

1. Overview

Interview Warmup offers a coin-based credit system. Coins are purchased via Stripe and spent to start interview sessions. This policy explains when refunds are granted.

2. Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the coins have not been used. Partially used coin packs are not eligible for a full refund; a pro-rata refund for unused coins may be considered at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Coins that have been fully or partially spent are non-refundable. Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction with AI-generated feedback, as each session consumes compute resources regardless of outcome.

4. How to Request

Email office@interview-warmup.com with your account email, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
