1. Acceptance

By using interview-warmup.com you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Interview Warmup provides AI-powered interview practice: answer questions, receive feedback, and improve your skills. Access is offered through recurring subscription plans that grant a monthly allowance of practice questions. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Each analyzed question consumes one unit of your monthly allowance. Allowances are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

3. Account

Sign in with Google (or another supported provider). You are responsible for your account and must notify us of unauthorized use.

4. Your Obligations

Use the service lawfully; provide accurate information; keep credentials secure; do not share your account, reverse-engineer, or violate laws or third-party rights.

5. Availability & Liability

We strive for uptime but do not guarantee it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interview Warmup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach or at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing & Subscription (Stripe billing portal); access continues until the end of the current billing period. You may delete your account anytime via settings or by contacting us. Deletion starts a 30-day deactivation period, and signing in during that period automatically restores your account with existing data and any remaining question allowance. After 30 days, deleted accounts are permanently removed and any remaining allowance is forfeited. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel billing separately to stop future charges.
